to support neurodivergent colleagues?
Meet Sarah
Our Occupational Health Expert 👋

Empower your employees
Our Occupational Health Assessments are designed to empower your neurodivergent employees to thrive in the workplace.
But it's not just about understanding your employees' needs. We also help employers understand their legal duties to support employees with disabilities under the Equality Act. Our Occupational Health adviser can offer training for managers and HR, and make recommendations based on best practices and legal requirements.

Investing in an Occupational Health (OH) Assessment for your neurodivergent colleague can make a world of difference in their work life.
Our comprehensive assessment package includes a one-hour session with our OH expert - who’s also a registered nurse and certified ADHD coach(!).
But that's not all. Your colleague will also have access to our Harness Your ADHD at Work course, which provides valuable insights and strategies to help them thrive in the workplace.
And, to ensure that they have the support they need, we'll provide them - and you - with a follow-up report. This will be full of recommendations for personalised adjustments, based on best practices and legal requirements.
-
Has an employee recently disclosed their neurodivergence to you (e.g. their ADHD, autism, Tourette’s, dyslexia, dyspraxia, OCD)?
It can be tricky to know what to do next - for both them and you. Our Occupational Health adviser can offer training for managers and HR, so that you can better understand how to support your colleagues.
We believe that every workplace should prioritise Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and our assessments are the first step in making that a reality.
-
We understand that reasonable adjustments can sometimes be confusing or unclear. That's why we're here to help.
We’re happy to provide guidance and advice on reasonable adjustments and the law. Better yet, our free resources are always available to help you better understand your options.
Our Occupational Health Adviser is here to provide recommendations for best practices - and can offer training for managers and HR. We believe that education and awareness are key to creating a more inclusive and supportive workplace for everyone.
