Work with your ADHD, not against it.

Make ADHD work for you - with accessible coaching, training and resources.

We make ADHD work for everyone, through:

  • ADHD Works is committed to training the next generation of ADHD Coaches.

Using The ADHD Works Executive Functioning Coaching Method™️, we’ve trained and certified 400+ coaches across the globe.

We pride ourselves on providing unique AuDHD-friendly education, harnessing the power of hyper-focus with accessible & tangible support.

Oh, and this is the first (and only!) ADHD coaching course certified by CPD.

  • After Founder of ADHD Works, Leanne Maskell, found out she was autistic as well as ADHD, she found there was a real lack of support for people navigating the autism & ADHD paradox.

She’d already coached countless AuDHD-ers including Ellie Middleton and Emily Katy with tailored strategies, but was shocked at how little specialist training or understanding there was.

Despite an approx. 50-70% crossover, Autism & ADHD have only been able to be diagnosed in the same person since 2013.

So - we’re filling the gap by providing the world’s first ever Advanced AuDHD Coaching Certification, based on our AuDHD Coaching Paradox Framework.

  • ADHD Works is committed to making a real difference in the world of work, training companies including Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo.

From creating Disney their own ADHD Champions programme to empower 250+ employees to provide peer support, to in person training for Mind, teaching ADHD coaching skills on corporate retreats, or participating in panels at major conferences - we do it all.

We also run Neuro-Affirmative training as whole-organisation approaches to neurodiversity, because it affects us all.

Oh, and we have our own book on this - ADHD Works at Work.

  • Work with an expert who gets your unique brain (and can keep up with it!).

Our ADHD coaches are trained professionals who understand the ins and outs of ADHD.

They’re the best of the best, hand-picked from our training and personally matched with you based on your background, experiences, and goals.

  • Our accessible courses are designed to help you embrace your ADHD, unmask, and achieve your goals.

We’ve got courses on everything from ADHD entrepreneurship to Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, and ADHD for managers to Neuro-Affirmative practices.

  • We prioritise authenticity

A safe space can be hard to find, but we're committed to creating a place where you can be yourself (whatever that looks like!). That means we come as we are - to encourage authenticity and let you do the same.

  • We prioritise accessibility

Accessibility is important to us. We strive to foster a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive - which is why we offer payment plans, Access to Work support, and jargon-free content.

  • We prioritise empowerment

Through our self-paced courses and ADHD coaching, we aim to empower you to work with your brain - rather than against it. We'll equip you with the tools and strategies you need to achieve your personal/professional goals.

  • We prioritise integrity

ADHD Works is all about integrity. We're committed to being honest and transparent with our clients, so that they can trust us to give them the best possible coaching experience.
